These Terms of Use apply to the use of the website phe-buddy.at and the future app PHE Buddy (hereinafter "Service"), operated by PCM Solution GmbH, Eben im Pongau, Austria (hereinafter "Provider").
PHE Buddy is a health app designed to support people with Phenylketonuria (PKU). The Service includes, among others:
PHE Buddy serves informational and supportive purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Users should always make medical decisions in consultation with their treating physician or dietitian.
Signing up for the waitlist is free and non-binding. Users are required to provide accurate and complete information. Waitlist registration does not constitute a claim to access the Service or specific features.
The goal is to make the Service permanently free for all PKU patients. The Provider is currently seeking funding and investors to make this possible. Exact terms will be announced before the app launch.
All content, designs, texts, graphics, logos and software of the Service are the intellectual property of the Provider and protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without express permission is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Provider commits to compliance with GDPR and Austrian data protection law.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Registered users will be informed of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) apply.
